prove your mettle. XIMB presents TradeWars,
a real time stock simulation game for the Bulls & Bears of B-Schools. The
competition only gets hotter with the volatile markets.
Event Format
Stage 1:
Online real time equity trading from 15th Oct, 2013 to 31st Oct, 2013
Stage 2:
Top 10 Investors compete on the campus for the Title
TradeWars Details
1. Every
participant is provided with a virtual cash of Rs. 20,00,000/-
2. Trading
done during live market hours from 9:15
AM to 3:30 PM from Monday to Friday.
3. 13 days to trade in equities and build up on your portfolio
4. Trading only in Equities allowed
5. At the
end of the trading window, The Top 10
Investors qualify for the second round requires the contestants to present
their investment strategy and ideas via a power
point presentation by Nov 6th,2013.
6. Cash in
hand and closing market value of the portfolio on 31st Oct, 2013 will be used
to shortlist the Top 10 Investors
7. The
participants are not allowed to
change their participant name during the event.
8. Non-compliance to any of the above
mentioned criterion will lead to disqualification.
9. In case
of any disputes, the decision of X-Fin (Finance Club), XIMB will be final and binding
